Spotlight

Dear WISD Stakeholders,
We have partnered with engage2learn to create a strategic planning process for innovative learning in our Transformation Zone schools including  JH Hines, Brook Avenue Elementary, Alta Vista Elementary, Indian Spring Middle School, and GW Carver Middle School. The district is asking parents, students, district staff, business leaders, and community leaders to provide input on your ideal vision for public education in Waco ISD.
This data will be  used by a design team comprised of citizens and district staff, who will create a community-focused Learning Innovation Framework. This will include a set of community beliefs, call to action, goals, action steps, and a learner profile. Please  complete the online community survey to make your voice heard. The survey will be available from May 22-June 3 here:Waco ISD Transformation Zone Survey  We appreciate your time and interest in the future of our community.
